ટામેટા ને ધોઈ સમારી તેમાં આદું,લસણ,તજ, લવિંગ અને મરી નાખી કુકરમાં ૨ વ્હીસલ વગાડી બાફી લેવા.

ઠરી જાય એટલે ક્રશ કરી ગાળી લેવું.

ત્યારબાદ તેમાં મીઠું અને ખાંડ ઉમેરી ઉકાળવું પાણી નો ભાગ બળી જાય અને સોસ ઘટ્ટ થઇ જાય એટલે તેમાં લાલ મરચું નાખી મિક્સ કરી ગેસ બંધ કરી ઠરવા દઇ બોટલમાં ભરી લેવો.
