I got the idea from a book, “絵本からうまれたおいしいレシピ2”. I changed the recipe into American measuring way, and also reduced the amount of butter and sugar. I added milk and nuts too.

I got the idea from a book, “絵本からうまれたおいしいレシピ2”. I changed the recipe into American measuring way, and also reduced the amount of butter and sugar. I added milk and nuts too.
作り方

Combine first 6 dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).

Using a hand mixer, cream butter and sugar in a large bowl until gets fluffy. Add honey and mix well.

Add eggs one by one and mix well. Add the dry ingredients in 3 additions alternately with the milk in 2 additions.

Stir in nuts and dried fruits. Pour the butter in to a greased bunt pan evenly.

Bake about 45 min or until top is browned

Optional:put some Rum syrup on the surface of cake, serve with whipped cream and confectioners’ sugar.
