1st proofing in hot area about 40-50min:about 2times bigger

Keep in the bowl and covered by clear film or wet towel

Punch out gas from dough.

Put flour in the strainer basket

If you want to mix cheese,nuts,or dried fruits,roll up.

Re Roll up with punch out a littlePut dough bowl upside down

covered with wet towel at hot area - 13
About 30min at hot area ( about 2times bigger)

Preheat oven to 485℉ with pan and bowl

Put flat pan and bowl (that able to cover dough bowl size)

Remove from basket.Stay on cutting board with baking paper

and cut top of dough to cross by knife

Grab hot bowl from oven Slide dough with bakingpaper to oven

Cover dough by hot bowl and close door of oven
Bake 10min - 20
Remove bowl from oven and down temperature to 445℉
Bake15min
