Combine all the dressing ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Gather all the ingredients.

Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add peppers, salt and cook until wilted.

Transfer to the mixing bowl, and toss well.

Once the peppers reach room temp, add tuna and parsley.
