作り方

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Oil in a loaf pan to stop the meat from sticking.

Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add onion/celery/salt/pepper and cook until softened.

Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add mushroom and cook until all liquid is cooked off.

Transfer to the bowl, allow it to cool off.

Combine meat and all the seasoning into a large mixing bowl.

Add onion mixture/parsley and mix until well combined.

Press the mixture into a loaf pan.

Bake for 35-40 minutes.

Remove from oven, spread the ketchup evenly over the top.

Bake 10-15 mins or use a thermometer to measure it at 170F.

Let the loaf rest for 10 mins, and serve.
