作り方

Prepare the noodles per package directions.

Prepare all the ingrediets.

Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

Slice the meat against the grain.

Place the meat/sake/soy sauce/corn starch/soda in a bowl.

Mix well and add canola oil and mix once more. Set aside.

Oil in a wok over medium high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, and remove from the wok

Add oil and garlic, and cook until fragrant.

Add onions/white part of the scallions. Cook for 1 minute.

Add noodles and stir/cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add sauce mix and toss well to coat evenly with the sauce.

Add beef/scallion/bean sprouts and cook for 1 minute.

Taste, season with salt and pepper.

Add sesame oil and toss once more. Serve.
コツ・ポイント
Traditional Beef chow fun uses fresh wide rice noodles, but I used dried rice noodles from the pantry instead.
