Molokheiya=Corchorus Olitorius, mulukhiyya.

1)In a sauce pan, bring the wter of 200 - 300 ml to boiled.

3)dump the leaves into the boiling water, soon take them out

If you can ge whole/rolled/cut grain of barley, boil it in stead of rice.
