2Egg whites
1/2 cupFlour
1Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F

Set up dipping station, flour, egg, parmesan cheese

Butterfly chicken breasts

Dredge breast in flour, shake off excess

Dip in egg whites

Press each side of chicken into parmesan cheese

Place in greased 9x13 pan

Bake for 30 mins, flip & bake for an additional 10 mins or until internal temp is @ 165
