Take a kadayi add oil,diced onion,garlic paste saute for 5 min add nutrella cook for 4 min.

Now take a blender add the mixture grind it roughly and transfer it in a bowl.

Now add salt,redchilly powder elaichi powder,dalchinni powder,grated carrot,potato mix it well.

Now add bread crumbs according to the consistency.make small tikkies.

Now make a slurry take a bowl add maida,salt,water make a smooth batter. Add tikki in it and roll it on crushed papad and deep fry it.

For onion salad yake a bowl add onion roundles,lemon juice,deggi mirch,salt mix it well.
