Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlseedless tamarind
  2. 1 bowlseedless dates
  3. 1 bowljaggery
  4. 4 cupswater
  5. 1 tbsp each fennel seeds, carom seeds, Dry ginger powder, salt, red chilli powder
  6. 1 tsp eachblack salt, all ground powder, black pepper, roasted cumin powder

    Take a pan pour 4 cups of water and mix tamarind, dates and jaggery in it & put it on gas for boiling.

    After 1 boil add all spices in it and cook it in the low flame.

  3. 3

    Cook it approx 40 mins till it thick texture. Turn off the flame.

  4. 4

    Strain it with the help of strainer.

  5. 5

    Store it in refrigerator for 3-4 months.
