Ingredients

  1. 1 kgpotatoes
  2. Some all purpose flour
  3. Water
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. Yellow food color
  6. Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and boil the potatoes in salty water

  2. 2

    Cut into 4 parts (mouth size pieces).

  3. 3

    Mix the water and flour to make a paste. Add some salt and yellow food color.

  4. 4

    Dip the potato pieces in the flour mixture n then deep fry

  5. 5

    Enjoy with your favorite dip/ chutney
