Used in many recipes especially cakes eg moist chocolate cake ,red velvet etc In curry dishes ,tradional vegetables.
Cooking Instructions

Measure the milk into a jug

Stir in lemon juice or vinegar into the milk
- 3
Stir to combine
- 4
Let sit for 30 minutes at room temperature until the milk begins to cuddle and become acidic
- 5
Use in place of Buttermilk in recipes
- 6
Can be stored in the fridge for upto 3 days.
