Rice,Egg Curry and cabbage

Cooking Instructions

Chop your onions, dhania, crush your garlic and blend tomatoes

Start by heating your cooking pot and add some oil then some onions and stir let it brown then add dhania stems. I love dhania stems because of the aroma.

After adding your dhania now its the right time for you to add crushed garlic and stir for sometime. Pour your blended tomato add 1tsp paprika and 1tsp curry powder cover and let it seamer for 5 minutes in medium heat.

Slowly put your boiled eggs one by one and avoid breaking them. Stir for some time then add some dhania leaves. And boom your egg curry is ready

Serve with rice, chapati or ugali.
