  1. 1 kgflour
  2. 1 cupfresh desiccated coconut
  3. 2 tbssugar
  4. 1stp salt
  5. Oil
  6. Water

    Combine all the dry ingredients and add oil,then add the fresh desiccated coconut combine then add water little by little,knead to make a smooth dough then add oil and continue to knead until its not sticky on UA hands and it's soft

    Cover with cling film for 30min or more and let it rest

  3. 3

    Dust your work surface and roll out the dough,smear same oil evenly and cut the dough into strips,roll the strips to round shapes

  4. 4

    Roll each to a circular shape and fry on both sides fry until golden brown serve with stew of your choice
