  2. Oil
  3. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash fish well and sprinkle salt on it,let it dry off excess water.

    Heat oil on apan,till is very hot,deep your fish,leave it to cook.when is ready, remove, drain oil serve with kachumbari
