  2. Salt and pepper
  3. Vegetable oil
  4. 1/4 cupOlive oil
  5. 2Lemon
  6. 1 tbspChopped basil
  7. 1 tbspchopped thyme

Cooking Instructions

    Combine the Olive oil, lemon juice and the chopped herbs to make the fish marinade

    Brush the marinade over the fish and let sit for at least 10 minutes

    Heat oil in a large skillet

  4. 4

    Deep fry the fish till golden brown on both sides

  5. 5

    Remove and let rest for about 5 minutes before serving

  6. 6

    Enjoy with brown ugali and mchicha
