Ingredients

  1. 1 cupflatten rice or poha thick one soaked in water
  2. 1medium size potato cut into cubes
  3. 1finely chopped onions
  4. 2green chillies
  5. 2 tbspoil
  6. 1/4 cupgreen peas
  7. 3cardamom seeds
  8. 2dry red chillies
  9. 1 tspmustard seeds
  10. Handfulcurry leaves
  11. 1/4 cuppeanuts
  12. 1 tspturmeric powder
  13. Salt as per taste
  14. 1 tspsugar
  15. 1/2 tsplemon juice
  16. 1 cupchopped veggies
  17. Handfulchopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Method
    First wash the poha in a colander, poha should be moist but not mashed then mix it with salt and sugar keep it aside.

    Then heat a Kadhai add oil when oil gets hot add mustard seeds,dry red chillies, green cardamom seeds, curry leaves,green chillies and peanuts sauté it for few minutes then add onions and potatoes and chopped veggies and green peas then continue to saute for few more minutes.

    Then add turmeric powder saute it then add poha continue to cook till everything is cooked nicely then add few drops of lemon juice then mix it turn off the heat serve hot.
