Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cuppoha (beaten rice)
  2. 1 tbspsugar
  3. 3/4 tbspsalt
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. 2 tbsppeanuts
  6. 1 tbspmustard
  7. 1 tbspcumin
  8. leavesCurry
  9. 1onion finely chopped
  10. 2chilli finely chopped
  11. 1/4 tbspturmeric
  12. 2 tbspcoriander
  13. 1 tbsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Take soaked poha and add 1 tbsp sugar and 3/4 tbsp salt

  2. 2

    Take a kadai, heat oil in it and add peanuts to it

  3. 3

    Roast the peanuts until they crunch. When done keep it aside

  4. 4

    Now put 1 tbsp mustard, and few curry leaves in the heated oil

  5. 5

    Now add onions, chillies and sauté well

  6. 6

    Now add turmeric to it

  7. 7

    Add soaked poha and mix everything well.

  8. 8

    Cover and simmer for 5-7 mins

  9. 9

    Now add coriander, lemon juice and mix

  10. 10

    Serve the poha with mixture or sev.
