Ingredients

  1. 1 cupAll purpose flour(MAIDA)
  2. 1 tspbaking soda
  3. 1 tspvanilla essence
  4. 1 tspvinegar
  5. 18dates puree
  6. 3/4 th cup milk
  7. 1/2 cupoil or butter
  8. 1/2 cupstevia or apple puree
  9. Pinchsalt
  10. 1/2 cupoil
  11. 1/4 th plus 2 tbsp walnuts chopped

Cooking Instructions

Baking time:20 to 25 min.

    Boil dates, milk,and water keep it aside let it cool add puree or sugar blend it in a puree.

    Sieve maida,b.s, salt and after that add walnuts and the puree mix it and add vanilla.

    Preheat ur oven at 200 ° keep ready ur tins or muffin liners now add vinegar mix it with light hands and bake it for 20 mins.
