Fluffy Pancakes Fluffy Pancakes
I reduced the amount of baking powder from a recipe book and made these fluffy pancakes. When cooking, cover with a lid and heat over medium-low.Even my six year old daughter could make this easily, so I changed the steps so that all you need to do is mix.Rather than becoming mushy, you want the pancakes to fluff, so adjust the milk in the batter accordingly. Top Secret Pancakes from Canada Top Secret Pancakes from Canada
My husband often cooks pancakes on the weekends. This is originally from my mother-in-law. My husband, who has made pancakes for his family since he was a kid, added a twist to the recipe. Stack freshly cooked pancakes on a plate, and share with your family, then enjoy. All purpose flour makes the pancakes thick, and cake flour makes them thin. Melted margarine instead of butter adds a smooth and light texture. You don't need to add sugar to the batter. Recipe by J-DOG cookpad.japan -

Fluffy overnight pancakes Fluffy overnight pancakes
without buttermilk!allowing the batter to sit overnight really improved the next morning's pancake, and it is because air bubbles are allowed to form over time. Careful scooping of the batter the next morning keeps those air bubbles intact, and the result is a light, fluffy pancake. Chef D Taslim
