Cooking Instructions

Take kneading plate add both the flour, oil, salt. Add little little water and knead soft dough.

Put oil and knead the dough again. Make small size balls. And make small Puris.

Now take 2 Puris together. Apply oil on both. Sprinkle dry flour. Joint them together.

Roll it as thin as u can. Heat up the pan on very slow flame. Put the rolled roti on heated tava. Just half cook from both the sides.

Separate both the rotis from each other. Keep it in kitchen towel. And put in airtight container. Use it for spring rolls, samosas etc.
