Cooking Instructions

In a bowl take flour, add all dry ingredients, to it add oil, mix them all together

Mix and make a soft non sticky dough with adding curd. Knead it well for about 5 to 6 minutes until the dough turns very soft. Add few drops of oil. Cover with a moist cloth and set aside for 1 hour.

Divide the dough to 2 to 3 parts. Lightly flour the rolling area and flatten a ball. Roll it slightly thicker.

Pre heat a kadhai with sand. Keep a steel stand on it. place a greased plate above for Pre heat

When it turns very hot, transfer the prepared base. Keep the flame on medium heat. When you see it has cooked well, flip it and continue,turn the flame low.

For topping, apply butter on the base,spread some pizza sauce.Top up with the marinated veggies. While adding place the onions, tomatoes, first and then drizzle a bit of the oil.

Sprinkle grated pizza cheese or mozarella cheese. You can add cheese as required.

Cook this on a tawa. Cook on low flame and cover it so that the cheese melts. Once the cheese melts, remove the lid and let it cook until the base turns as crispy as you like it to be.

Cut it into pieces & serve immediately. Enjoy this pizza
