  1. 3 cupmaida flour
  2. 1 tbspdry yeast
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1 cupwarm milk
  5. 2 tspsugar
  6. 1 tbspbutter
  7. 3 tspcoco powder

    Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 1 cup warm milk.also, add 2 tbsp sugar and ½ tbsp dry yeast. mix well.

    Rest and allow the yeast to activate.
    further add 3 cup maida flour, 1 tsp salt. mix well making sure everything is combined well.

    Additionally, add 1/4 cup milk and knead well.

    Divide in two parts. add 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder in dough and mix it properly.

    Cover with cling wrap or moist cloth and rest for 2 hours.

    After 2 hours, the dough will double in size.

    Roll white dough in rectangular shape same roll coco dough in rectangular shape.

    Keep coco dough on white dough and press it properly.

    Roll it from bottom to top.Keep in bread tin.

    Cover and rest for 30 minutes or till dough rise just an inch above the loaf pan.

    Place the bread loaf pan in preheated kadai and bake for 30 minutes.

    Finally, serve 2 layer bread with jam or make a sandwich.
