Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cupWheat flour
  2. 1 cupChopped Jaggery
  3. 1/2 cupOil
  4. 2Riped bananas
  5. 1&1/2 cupMilk
  6. 1 tbspLemon juice
  7. 2 tbspChopped dates
  8. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  9. 1 tspFlax seeds
  10. 1 tspBaking powder
  11. 1/4 tspBaking soda

    In a mixing bowl take 1 cup milk and lemon juice mix it and let it sit for 10 minutes, this way we will get buttermilk.

    Now in a grinding jar add chopped bananas,boil and jaggery, make a smooth paste.

    As the buttermilk gets ready add banana paste to it and mix it well, then sieve the flour, baking powder and baking soda upon it and mix the batter.

    Add remaining 1/4cup milk to it and mix it properly, add chopped dates, cardamom powder and transfer the batter to baking dish.

    Sprinkle flax seeds and tap it then bake it for 40minutes, check the cake if it's done allow it to cool and then cut into slices.
