Ingredients

25 minutes
4 servings
  1. 2 tbspvegetable oil
  2. 3large onions, finely chopped
  3. 2large bell peppers, chopped
  4. 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  5. 4big tomatoes, blended to a paste
  6. 1/2 tspground cumin
  7. 1/2 tsppaprika
  8. salt and pepper
  9. 3 tbspdhania leaves, chopped
  10. 4large eggs

Cooking Instructions

    UWash and roughly chop your vegetables. Place them in a blender and blend

  2. 2

    Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in the blended vegetables and let simmer until it reduces by half

  3. 3

    Transfer the sauce into a baking tin and Make four indentations in the tomato mixture for the eggs. Crack the eggs into the indentations.

    Transfer into the oven and bake for 5 - 8 minutes under 170 degrees until the eggs are firm

  5. 5

    Serve with bread.
