Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a sauce pan and fry the sliced onions and garlic

Add the tomato,curry powder,water and the green chillies

Simmer on low heat for 5 min before adding the green pepper

In the meantime squeeze the lemon juice on your fish.This allows your fish to get a tangy flavored before adding them to the simmering tomato sauce

Add Your lemon juice soaked fish gently. Do not mix the fish into the tomatoes instead put them in the sufuria and put the tomato soup over the fish
