Spinach and Bacon Cheese Toast

I got some spinach, so I used some that I'd par-boiled this morning.
This is so easy! Adjust the amount of seasonings to taste. Recipe by michipapa
Cooking Instructions

Spread the mayonnaise on a slice of bread. If using a squeeze-type, use a spoon or knife to spread the mayonnaise evenly.

Drain the spinach and cut into 2 cm pieces. Place on the bread and crush the soup stock granules over the bread to sprinkle. (Seefor the boiling method.)

Cut the bacon into 2 cm strips and place on top of the spinach.

Place the cheese on top and sprinkle some salt and pepper over it. Toast in a toaster oven until it looks crispy and golden.
