Ingredients

  1. Pork
  2. 1 teaspoonground white pepper
  3. 1 teaspoonkosher salt
  4. 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  5. 1-1/3 poundpork loin
  6. 1 teaspoonground ginger
  7. Vegetables
  8. 1large onion diced
  9. 1/4 cuppeanut oil
  10. 2 poundbroccoli florets
  11. 1 quartchicken broth divided
  12. 1 cupsliced celery
  13. 1/2 cupcornstarch
  14. Pasta
  15. 1 poundspaghetti pasta
  16. As neededwater to boil pasta
  17. 2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
  18. 1 teaspoonsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the pork into bite sized pieces. Add the spices to pork allow to rest mixed 2 hours before starting to cook. Steam the broccoli. Fry the onion and celery in the peanut oil. Add the pork. Fry till pork is done. Add in the steamed broccoli.

    Separate 1/2 cup broth. Add the rest to broccoli. Bring to a boil. Add cornstarch solution and stir till thickened.
