Ingredients

4 servings
  1. Brown sauce
  2. 1/3 cupsoy sauce
  3. 1/2 cupchicken stock
  4. 1/3 cuprice wine
  5. 1 tbspsesame oil
  6. 1 tbspchili oil
  7. 2 1/2 tbspbrown sugar
  8. 1 tbspminced ginger
  9. 1 tbspminced garlic
  10. Pork marinate
  11. 2thick center cut chops sliced
  12. 3 tbspWorcestershire
  13. TbspSoy sauce
  14. 1/2 cupOlive oil
  15. 3 tbspTeriyaki
  16. 1/2 cupBrown sugar
  17. 2 tbspCrushed red pepper
  18. Marinate up to 3 days and then slice for cooking
  19. Veggies
  20. 1 Cupeach
  21. Broccoli
  22. Snow peas
  23. Red pepper
  24. 1large carrot julienned
  25. Small can mushrooms
  26. Halved whole baby corn
  27. Bunchgreen onions sliced on the bias

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and sauté garlic and ginger until soft

  2. 2

    Add brown sauce mixture and simmer for about 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Add cornstarch (2tbsp mixed with warm water) slurry and boil until slightly thick, take off the heat and cool for a couple hours(quicker in the fridge)

  4. 4

    Heat oil in wok and add all veggies but the mushrooms and green onions and par cook. Add mushrooms and green onions for another few minutes on high and then add the brown sauce and bring back to a simmer.

    Once veggies and sauce come together pull off the heat and serve with white rice and top with toasted sesame seeds
