Cooking Instructions

Use a fork to tenderize your chops and salt all sides.

Heat your pan with little c.oil under medium heat(non-stick). Add your pork chops and cook for 1-2 mins each side. At this point the chops start to brown releasing fat into the pan.

Keep flipping and cooking the chops for 15 mins. Reduce your heat. Your chops will be completely cooked and browned.

Let the pork chops rest in the hot pan for 5 mins and serve.
