Sometimes I really love this with chapatis, was one of the major when growing up, 😀 if you know you know! It's yummy and it's inspired by my mum whenever she was late and kids had to eat! Fast to fix #vegetables
Cooking Instructions

Add cooking oil in a sufuria on a source of heat add onions fry till golden brown
- 2
Add tomatoes, fry until it forms paste, add garlic, ginger, salt, chilli and mix well add potatoes and mix well as they cook for about two minutes

Add carrots, cucumber and capsicums mix as they cook for about two minutes
- 4
Add cabbage and mix well as they cook for about two minutes
- 5
Add a glass of water stir well as they cook for about 4 minutes and it's ready to serve while hot with your favorite accompaniment
