This vanilla cake roll is all ready for the 4th of July! Its a moist vanilla cake filled and frosted with a Whipped White Chocolate Ganache for a creamy not to sweet filling and frosting. My cake here looks like it could have used a bit more red food coloring so be sure you make it dark when you are adding it. The cooking seemed to lighten the colors from the bold color it seemed to be in the bowl! Although the phtos look more pink as well. In any case its a delicious festive cake.
