Most people like making mahamri using cardamom flavor, but I twist this by adding lemon zest powder. ( Crate lemon peels and dry them for few days then blend into powder.) #kitchenbrigade
Cooking Instructions

Mix the dry ingredients

Add milk and mix, if it's too hard you can add more milk but little by little as you Knead until it forms a smooth dough, not sticky and not too hard.

Divide the dough into equal size balls, then roll each ball in the shape of the chapati, cut into 4 equal triangle pieces.

Heat the oil to the maximum, add the triangle pieces in the frying pan. Splash oil over them. Fry for 1 minute each side, until they are golden brown. Do the same to the rest.

Remove from the oil, dry the excess oil using kitchen pepper towels.
Serve warm.
