Ingredients

  1. 2 Cupsself raising flour
  2. 500 mlwarm milk
  3. 1 teaspoondried and blend lemon zest
  4. 1/2 teaspooncardamom powder
  5. Cooking oil
  6. 1/2 cupsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the dry ingredients

    Add milk and mix, if it's too hard you can add more milk but little by little as you Knead until it forms a smooth dough, not sticky and not too hard.

    Divide the dough into equal size balls, then roll each ball in the shape of the chapati, cut into 4 equal triangle pieces.

    Heat the oil to the maximum, add the triangle pieces in the frying pan. Splash oil over them. Fry for 1 minute each side, until they are golden brown. Do the same to the rest.

    Remove from the oil, dry the excess oil using kitchen pepper towels.
    Serve warm.
    Enjoy.
