Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. Chopped onions, pepper and tomatoes
  3. Spices(turmeric, ginger,garlic,a seasoning cube,pinch of salt)
  4. 1day old slices of bread
  5. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Break your eggs, add in your chopped paper,spices and seasonings,whisk all together and set aside

  2. 2

    On a low heat,place your skillet and drizzle in some oil,once it's hot deep a slice of bread to coat both side and place on the skillet.

  3. 3

    Flip it to the other side until both side are light golden brown or as desired color

  4. 4

    Coat all the bread slices until no more egg mixture,serve and enjoy
