Ingredients

  1. 10 pcsstring beans, cut into small
  2. 1 tspblack tauci
  3. Halfred bell pepper, dice
  4. 2brown pressed tofu, small cubes
  5. 1thumb size ginger, minced
  6. 4 pcsshallots, minced
  7. 4 pcsgarlic, minced
  8. 1 tspoyster sauce
  9. Halfcup water
  10. Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat pan then add oil, stir fry tofu until golden brown.Then remove and set aside.

    In the same pan add oil again then drop ginger, garlic and shallots. stir fry until fragrant.

    Then add tauci mix it then the beans. Pour oyster sauce. Add water ang cook until beans are half done.

    Then the bell pepper and tofu cook for two mins then remove from heat.

    Serve.
