Mango season is not over yet!(Atleast not in the north of India)Have you tried the mango pancakes this season? If not, then you must before the fresh juicy mangoes are gone.I made them for the first time as khanalazex mango series motivated me to try this once and it was worth. I modulated the recipe according to my needs so you can scroll down to check it.Now I used mango sauce and mango pieces as the toppings of these Pancakes because they were actually giving the real taste to these pancakes. So DO NOT skip this step. Also if you love this, American breakfast dish i.e. Pancakes, then you should try this version. If somehow, you are out of fresh mangoes, feel free to use the frozen ones. The recipe below can easily serve 4-5 people.Do check out my kind of healthy mango Pancakes and lemme know your thoughts about it.#nonindian Vertika Tyagi -

Fluffy, moist and delicious eggless pancakes!Don’t ever toss away overripe bananas. They are perfect to make these delicious banana pancakes. Pumpkin Pancakes Pumpkin Pancakes
I always hesitate to label anything as “the best”, but these fluffy and delicious pancakes come pretty darn close. The warm pumpkin spice flavor is great for a fall or winter breakfast, but don’t let the season dictate when you make these. You’re an adult. Make them whenever you want. 😜I’ve been making them A LOT. Because they’re THAT good. 🥞 😋This recipe was modified from one that I found on allrecipes.com.#Breakfast #Brunch #Autumn #Fall Chris Gan -

Top Secret Pancakes from Canada Top Secret Pancakes from Canada
My husband often cooks pancakes on the weekends. This is originally from my mother-in-law. My husband, who has made pancakes for his family since he was a kid, added a twist to the recipe. Stack freshly cooked pancakes on a plate, and share with your family, then enjoy. All purpose flour makes the pancakes thick, and cake flour makes them thin. Melted margarine instead of butter adds a smooth and light texture. You don't need to add sugar to the batter. Recipe by J-DOG cookpad.japan -
