I'm always looking forward to eating something that will not only melt my taste buds but also something that people around me will enjoy so I whipped up this simple but also readily available recipe that is really yummy!!I hope you enjoy.

Pumpkins are not most people's favourite meal. I had a pumpkin in my house for over two months and did not have an idea what to make of it. I was about to make banana bread when the thought of pumpkin bread came about. I was I inspired by Eunyaki craft's banana bread recipe.

This recipe is very special to me because I did it with my 5 year old daughter😍. She always watched me bake and would insist on helping me. I decided to allow her help me do the whisk, and of course, with my help.We baked it 😋 for breakfast but as soon as it got ready and decided to have a taste as a family, the taste was so good that we ate it all😂😂😂

Great way of incorporating eggs in the not so usual way of frying or boiling 😋😋

My child loves bananas, she can eat it day in day out but she doesn't like oatmeal, so I decided to put together what she loves Vs what she hates and the outcome was really good and so filling.
