This is my daughter's favorite french toast. Getting it ready before going to bed is a bit of a pain, but I thought, "There has to be an easy way to do it!" So I came up with this recipe.I usually let it soak for 2~3 minutes, but if you let it soak just enough, it will be nice and fluffy when you fry it up. You can use the remaining egg mixture to fill in the spaces between your slices of bread while frying! If you have 10 minutes, you can make it! Recipe by lei mama
