But today, It’s a roll out cooky. They spelled it ‘cooky’ so I will too. It’s a basic recipe for sugar cookies, but add ins are endless. In this batch I added chocolate chips. They’re more like little sugar cooky cakes. Absolutely heavenly. The key to these turning out is to keep the dough ice cold.

I saw the recipe going around for chocolate chip cookies stuffed with Oreos and thought I would try something similar. What I ended up making was one of the best cookies I've ever had.

This is my first try at making these cookies. They turned out crispy around the edges and chewy on the inside. My family enjoyed them. The sea salt on top really gave a nice balanced taste to the already oh-so-sweet cookies! Happy trying!
