Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 bunchKyoho grapes (seedless)
  2. 300 mlWater
  3. 50 gramsSugar
  4. 1 tbspLemon juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Remove the kyoho grapes from the stalks, and wash well with water.

  2. 2

Add the water and sugar into a pot, and turn on the heat. When it starts to boil, add the kyoho grapes with the skins, and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

  3. 3

Some of the skins will open. Turn off the heat, and let them cool.

  4. 4

Once cooled, peel the skins. If you start peeling from where the stems were attached, they will come off easily.

  5. 5

They turned a beautiful purple. Chill in the fridge.

  6. 6

They are also tasty as a topping on ice cream.
