This dish can be made by pan-frying, steaming in a rice cooker, or using an air fryer! When steaming in a rice cooker, you can pour the sauce directly over it. In an air fryer, cook for about 5 minutes; it's delicious even without the sauce.

Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchasparagus
  2. 6 slicesbacon
  3. 1little Japanese BBQ sauce
  4. 1/4 cupwater (about 50 ml)

    Wash the asparagus and trim 1/4 inch from the ends. Cut into sections and blanch for 1 minute, then set aside.

    Wrap each bacon slice around a few asparagus sections and set aside.

    Heat a pan with a little oil and add the bacon-wrapped asparagus. Cook until golden brown.

    Mix the BBQ sauce with water and pour into the pan, coating the bacon-wrapped asparagus. Reduce the sauce and remove from heat.
