Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 200 gramssliced beef
  2. 1onion
  3. 100 gramsmushrooms
  4. 1/2carrot
  5. 2 tablespoonsbutter (or margarine)
  6. 1/2 teaspoongarlic paste
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
  8. 2green bell peppers
  9. Tomato Sauce -
  10. 1 cantomato sauce
  11. 1bouillon cube
  12. 1 tablespoonvinegar
  13. 1 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
  14. 2 tablespoonsketchup

Cooking Instructions

    Place butter in a frying pan, add garlic paste, and then turn on the heat.

    Once the butter is infused with the garlic aroma, sauté the beef slices, season with salt and pepper, and when the red color starts to fade, add the onion cut into bite-sized pieces and sauté.

    Add mushrooms and carrots, and continue to sauté.

    Once partially cooked, add the canned tomatoes. If using whole tomatoes, crush them before adding. Add the bouillon cube.

    Keep on medium heat until the bouillon cube dissolves, then add the ingredients marked with ☆ and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Finally, add the green bell peppers sliced into rings, bring to a boil, and it's done.
