Thank you for visiting! This has been a family favorite for years. Everyone loves the sweet and savory taste, the crunchy and slightly bitter bell peppers, the sweetness of the onions, and the umami of the beef. Make a big batch and use it for lunch the next day.
Cooking Instructions

Thinly slice the onion. Cut the bell peppers in half, remove the seeds and pith, then chop into chunks. Mix the sauce ingredients together.

Heat oil in a frying pan, add the onion, and stir-fry. When it becomes translucent, add the beef and bell peppers and stir-fry.

When the beef is about 80% cooked, pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until the liquid evaporates.

Serve on a plate, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, and it's ready. Add a pinch of chili powder if you like.
