  1. 3sweet peppers
  2. 1 packmaitake mushrooms
  3. 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  4. Simmering Sauce
  5. 1 tablespoonsake
  6. 2 gbonito dashi
  7. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  8. 1 tablespoonmirin

Cooking Instructions

    If the sweet peppers are large, cut them in half diagonally. Break the maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.

    Heat sesame oil in a small frying pan and add the sweet peppers. Stir-fry over medium heat, turning them until they are browned all over.
