Ingredients

2-4 people
  1. Thinly sliced pork
  2. Cabbage
  3. Carrot
  4. Bean sprouts
  5. ★1 tbsp Cooking sake
  6. ★1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  7. ★1/2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  8. ★1 tsp Chicken stock powder

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and slice the carrot, cut cabbage into bite-size pieces. In a small bowl, mix the seasonings (★)

    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the pork until it changes color, then season with salt and pepper. After cooking the pork, wipe off the excess oil in the pan using a paper towel.

    Add carrots, cabbage, and bean sprouts. Once vegetables are tender, add the sauce, and stir-fry until well mixed. Serve and enjoy!
