Yasai Itame - Japanese Stir Fry Vegetables Recipe (野菜炒め) Yasai Itame - Japanese Stir Fry Vegetables Recipe (野菜炒め)
Today, I will show you how to make Yasai Itame, Japanese stir fry vegetables. This is a healthy dish since most of the ingredients are veggies. It’s also pretty quick and easy to make which is great for any busy weekdays. Just like with any stir fry dish, yasai itame tastes the best when cooked in a wok. But you can also use regular pan. Your yasai itame will still be delicious. Use gluten free soy sauce instead of regular soy sauce if you have gluten allergy. The key for a good stir-fried dish is to work fast when you’re stir frying. Therefore, all the ingredients need to be prepped and ready to go into the pan. Make sure you rinse and dry all the veggie before using. Please check out my video for a more detailed instruction: https://youtu.be/x3agg4FrHCw Julie - Mrs. Lin's Kitchen -

Pork Belly and Kimchi Stir Fry Pork Belly and Kimchi Stir Fry
【 youtu.be/RQWCpgLuAmU 】Pork Belly and Kimchi Stir fry is a filling dish, can be made for both lunch and dinner with a small touch of spice within it. I definitely recommend it and is certainly eaten by many Koreans who love a balanced meal with meat and small hint of vegetables. If you cant finish the entire dish you can always save it for later and can be easily eaten with toast and melted cheese for the next day, breakfast or lunch. My daughters certainly enjoy it with some melted cheese on a crunchy toast and sometimes there is not enough for the next day- they already finished it on the same day for dinner! Kitchen J -
