Ingredients

  1. 500 gmacaroni pasta
  2. 200 gmozzarella cheese
  3. 1onion
  4. 1garlic clove
  5. 3tomatoes
  6. 1bell pepper
  7. 4eggs
  8. pinchsalt
  9. pinchblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    First boil the macaroni until soft. Do not over cook.

    Drain all the water.

    Wash and chop all your ingredients then on a hot pan spread a table spoon of cooking oil. First stir fry your onions and garlic until slightly brown.

    Add the tomatoes and bell pepper and cook until soggy.

    Add your eggs and continue cooking. Add salt and black pepepper.

    Add the macaroni and stir. Don't cook too long. A minute or two is enough.

    Transfer the macaroni to a baking pan then grate mozzarella onto the macaroni.

    Preheat your oven at 150° for 10-15mins. Then set the macaroni inside to cook for 5mins until all the mozzarella cheese melts well over the macaroni.

    Serve when hot! Enjoy!
