Ingredients

  1. 1 kgButternut Squash
  2. 1 tablespoontahina
  3. juice of half a lemon
  4. 1 TSPcumin powder
  5. pinchblack pepper
  6. halfa teaspoon salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Oven cooked butternut squash cut in half and sprayed with oil can.

  2. 2

    Pell off the skin. Place in a blender.

  3. 3

    Add all the ingredients together in the blender.

  4. 4

    Taste and adjust salt to your taste.
