Made this for brunch with my Mom's homemade stuffing for us & the in-laws after our Thanksgiving dinner the night before. Was a hit!

Made this for brunch with my Mom's homemade stuffing for us & the in-laws after our Thanksgiving dinner the night before. Was a hit!
Cooking Instructions

Butter sides of a 2 quart casserole dish. Press stuffing into bottom of Baking dish to make a crust.

Bake crust at 350° for 10 minutes or till browned and crispy.

While crust is baking brat eggs in mixing bowl adding milk till fluffy. Add seasoning.

Toss shredded cheese in flour in a bowl
- 5
Pour egg mixture over crust . Sprinkle in cheese.

Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes. It's done when you poke a knife in the middle and the knife comes out clean.

Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes. Enjoy!
