Egg in toast
Saw something similar on tv n wanted to try it out.
Cooking Instructions

Grab the 2 slices of bread and place a decent size hole in the middle.

Once you made the holes get the pan ready to sauteed the peppers and onions. I season with salt and pepper. Set aside once cooked.

Spray down the pan again and put the heat to low medium. Place the bread in the middle and then put in the egg in.

Once you see the egg 1/2 cooked flip it over. When done add the peppers and onions. Top it off with some cheese. Enjoy.
